MEAN GIRL MONTH
October is breast cancer awareness month and so with our new shirt we are collaborating with our Mean Girl Mondays and making it a moment of celebration, connection, and conversation. If you or someone you know has suffered and fought breast cancer would you let me know so we can partner with and support you. Shirts are $15 and Lightweight Hoodies are $25. Orders placed this week so get sizes turned in ASAP.
This Saturday, October 13, we have a couple of teams registered so they would LOVE for you to go support them while they represent CrossFit RWOL at Twice Bitten CrossFit in Bethany and compete in the Festivus Games! Here are the two teams, Jason Bates and Chris Reichel, David Nelms and Steve Erdley. Go get ‘em boys.
2ND BIRTHIVERSARY COMPETITION
Saturday, December 8, will be our 2nd Birthiversary competition. This will be a members-only competition and we will have a few different levels of competition. Cost will be $25 to cover your registration. You are encouraged to bring as loud of a cheering section as possible. We are still early in planning, but we will have prizes for the winners in each age group and level so start working on those goals and pushing yourself in each workout.
Wednesday, October 31, Halloween, we will have a free treat for anyone that wears a costume to workout (and workouts in it).
CHRISTMAS AT THE WOL
Saturday, December 15, at 530 pm is the schedule event. That’s all for now.
