Brett Armstrong, Owner/Lead Coach
Brett is relatively new to the CrossFit scene but comes with a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in both physical training and relational connectedness. Brett earned his CrossFit L1 certificate in March of 2016. Brett is now a CrossFit Level 2 Instructor and continues to develop his skills and craft as a coach and leader. He has logged 10 years in ministry as a youth pastor in the Church of the Nazarene. He was ordained in April of 2015. He played college football at Southern Nazarene University where he earned his BA in Education, graduating in December of 2006.
He is married to Ashly Armstrong since July 2007 and together they have three boys, Aiden, Aaron, and Axton.
Brett believes that the best life is found in putting faith in Jesus but under that is living a healthy lifestyle through fitness and nutrition.

Naomi joined the RWOL family when the doors first opened in November 2016. She started her fitness journey in March 2016, throwing herself into a strenuous 6 week Bootcamp. Naomi continued with her fitness goals and ultimately made the switch into the CrossFit community in October 2016. Naomi received her CrossFit-L1 Certification in May 2017 and has been working diligently to hone her skills in the coaching world.
She is married to Taylor Bradley, and together they have a miniature farm. Living with 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 5 chickens, the Bradley household is open for business as a miniature petting zoo.
Naomi has a passion for encouraging people and watching them grow and develop. When she started CrossFit, her goal was to develop a healthier lifestyle by gaining strength, confidence, and finding a supportive and encouraging community.
For Naomi, CrossFit is not just for the ultra-thin, the super competitive, or the life-long athlete; instead, CrossFit is for EVERYONE – no matter who you are! She believes that CrossFit is a place to change one’s self – not just physically, but mentally and relationally. Naomi believes that RWOL is a place to develop a community of people that support, encourage, and push you to be a better version of you!
Tonia West has been active in the CrossFit community for a total of four years and has a passion for fitness. She joined CrossFit RWOL when the doors opened in 2016, and earned her CrossFit L-1 certification in October 2017. She has been passionate about exercise all of her life, and believes in its efficacy as a tool to achieve physical and mental health.
Tonia is a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience, which helps inform and guide her wellness goals. She believes in exercise and healthy eating choices as keys to living your best life. CrossFit is not just about getting ripped; it is about living the best life that you can. After years of unexplained chronic pain, Tonia has found exercise to be an important tool to living a pain-free life.
Tonia is supported by her family, which includes her husband Mike, and her children Lucas and Mikala. Tonia and Mike have found CrossFit RWOL a great place to spend time together working out, encouraging one another, and ultimately strengthening their marriage. Both of Tonia’s children have participated in CrossFit with her, and have been encouraged to live a healthy life from her example.

Sherry has been involved in the CrossFit community for 5 years. Since then, she has worked hard to learn and improve her skills as an athlete. Sherry earned her CrossFit L-1 Certification in July 2017 and joined the RWOL family in September. She has been inspired by the CrossFit RWOL core values and the incredible family that together promote wholeness of life for all of its members. She believes RWOL provides a fun, family centered community while encouraging you to become better than yesterday.
As a Registered Nurse, Sherry has always understood the importance of exercise for the overall health of mind and body. Although she started exercising later in life, it has become an important part of her daily routine. After trying other exercise programs, Sherry found CrossFit to be a lifestyle that anyone and everyone could benefit from, no matter their age, level or athletic ability. She believes that CrossFit is not only effective, it’s just plain FUN! Sherry is passionate about training not only experienced athletes, but those just getting started in their journey to better themselves one day at a time.
Sherry has always been encouraged by her husband Ben and three kids: Gabe, Abbie, and Camden. Her family has been a vital part of Sherry’s journey into the world of CrossFit training and has often been guinea pigs for her to practice her coaching skills.
