CrossFit RWOL has a focused mission that shapes the entire community in which it revolves. That mission is “Restoring Wholeness of Life – one breath, one step, one day at a time.” This will encompass all facets of life starting with the physical, then move through the emotional, mental, financial, relational, and finally ending with the spiritual. CrossFit RWOL believes that a person can experience life to the full as it was intended by addressing all of these areas and thinking differently about one’s existence.

Feelin’ Froggy – Part 1 Boys caught a frog recently and kept him as a pet. Well first they found a turtle but one of the boys left it out and it ran away. Are you interested in an RWOL skip trip in Jan/Feb of 2021? Trying to get an idea of potential participants so we can make further plans and iron out details. A ‘yes’ at this time doesn’t commit you or require any money down. It will just help us know if this is worth pursuing.
A POD is a herd of marine mammals that live and travel together. They are small groups of creatures that do life together, look out for one another, and protect and care for one another. Narwhals are a pod dwelling type of animal.
Since we are the RWOL Narwhals, we are creating family groups of the same sort with emphasis on accountability, connection, and growth.
